Could you tell us about your journey to UCLA?
I am from a small town in Argentina and moved to Buenos Aires to pursue a Bachelor's in Business Administration. After working for three years at a hedge fund, I wanted to pivot my career into consulting, and earning an MBA from a top-tier school seemed like the best way to achieve that goal. UCLA was a clear choice.
How did the coursework and research you did while a student at UCLA prepare you for an international career?
UCLA Anderson was an excellent school for connecting with fascinating people from around the globe and building a strong international network. Additionally, the various courses featuring case studies from companies worldwide helped me grasp the nuances of business in different countries.
Can you speak a little bit about your career and how it has progressed since graduating from UCLA?
After UCLA, I joined Boston Consulting Group at their Mexico City office and spent six years working on incredible projects across Latin America. Later, I returned to Argentina and decided to apply what I had learned in consulting and at UCLA to my own venture, launching a startup focused on digitizing the agriculture industry.
